Calf raises
Calf raise holds
Calf raise to knee bend (8 counts) x4
Supported balancing knee bend and unsupported - hold for 3 secs
Hips and twist
Wine/rebolados - in both directions
Side to side hips
Hip twist away from the wall
Hip twist with back leg
Side to side x4, Twist with back steps x4
