7 min total body warm up

In this warm up you’ll do the following exercises for 30secs each

  • Alternating Arm Circles

  • Hip Hinge

  • Single leg marches - point toes

  • Twist twist cross - knee to elbow

  • Butt kicks + wrist rolls

  • Side to side squat

  • Cross jacks steps

  • Pivot step + chest openers

  • Heel tap front and and back

  • Standing cat/cow

  • Side lunge with a side leg lift

  • Jumping jacks/step outs
