Join me for a 6-week ‘Basics to Bumpa’ course starting 12 Nov in London

This is a special 6 week course for beginners designed to help take you from basics to bumpa, starting Wednesday 12 Nov. Limited spaces available.

What’s included in the package?

  • 6 weekly group classes at Fitness First, Charing Cross every Wednesday from 6:35pm - 7: 25pm (12, 19, 26 Nov & 3, 10, 17 Dec - you must be able to attend all 6 classes)

  • Lifetime access to all my on demand content so you have resources to keep practicing (including anything new added in 2025)

  • A pair of JiggleFiTT shorts

  • A private 1-2-1 class to use after the course finishes. (You’ll have 3 months to use this 1-2-1 after the course finishes)

These classes will be more tailored to the small group and will focus on foundations with lots of drills, techniques and will be a great way to learn in a smaller group. This is a progressive course, so each lesson will focus on building your confidence and skills. No drop-ins will be accepted.
