Terms and conditions for private classes & bookings

Private Group Bookings

£100 deposit is required to confirm a booking or the amount agreed with your instructor, if different.

Final payment for private bookings should be paid within 48hrs -24 hrs before the day of the booking. 

Cancellations made up to 14 days before your booking will receive 50% of your deposit refunded.

Cancellations made up to 7 days before your booking will receive 25% of your deposit refunded.

Cancellations made up to 48hrs before your booking will not receive a refund of your deposit. 

Cancellations must be made in writing to your instructor. In exceptional circumstances an agreement may be reached; however, you may still be committing to paying for the full amount of the booking.

If the booking is canceled due to the fault of the instructor, and you are not able to rearrange, you will receive a full refund.  The instructor will not be financially liable for bookings or dates canceled due to events beyond their reasonable control.

Private 121 Classes in London

Private classes are purchased online and are to be made in full. It will be at the discretion of the instructor to accept other payment terms.

If you book a block of private classes, after the first class has taken place, no refunds will be given. If you decide to not continue with the remaining classes, you will not be refunded.

Usage of Block Bookings

If you have purchased a package for 4 classes, you have 3 months from when the first class takes place to use the remaining classes. Classes must be scheduled with your instructor. A calendar invite will be sent to confirm your booking.

Cancellations & Re-booking

Cancellations must be made at least 48hours in advance if you are no longer able to attend your 121 session. You will then have the option to move the session. If this is the case you will need to cover the studio hire fee separately, so that your booking can be moved.

Studio hire fees for rebookings

• Danceworks/Unit3/Arts House Camden - £25

• Croydon - £20

If the class is cancelled by your instructor, then you will not need to cover the studio hire fee.

Last minute cancellations

Any cancellations made within 24hours before your 121 class is due will mean you forfeit that class. If you would like to reschedule that class, then you will need to pay 50% of the cost of a 121 class for your location. This will be either £47.5 for London or £37.50 for Croydon.

If you are a no-show or cancel within 1-2hrs of your appointment, then you will lose that session. You will then need to pay a cancellation fee of £30. You will then have the option to purchase a 121 if you would like to do a make up session.

Private 121 classes online

If you have purchased a package of online classes, you have 3 months from when the first class takes place to use the remaining classes. Classes must be scheduled with your instructor. A calendar invite will be sent to confirm your booking.

Cancellations & Rebookings

You have up to 4hrs before your scheduled class to cancel and reschedule it yourself.

If you cancel after 4 hours before your class is due to take place or are a no-show, you will lose that appointment. If you purchased a single class, you will be able to rebook that session by purchasing a new class. If you have a package of classes, then you will just forfeit the session.

If your session is cancelled by your instructor, it will be moved. Your instructor will try and give you as much notice as possible.
