Terms of service for group classes
Class Pass (online and in-person)
A class pass entitles you to book a block of classes (usually between 3 - 6 classes ) for a discounted overall amount.
A class pass is non-transferable and no refunds will be given 48hrs before the first class of the block.
Refunds cannot be given after the first class has taken place.
Online class passes are also non-transferable , and cannot be refunded 48 hours before the first class of the block.
Cancellations
If you purchase a single class, you may cancel your booking up to 48hrs before class to receive a full refund, so the good vibes can be passed onto someone else. However if you cancel or miss a class, you may have the opportunity to get credit, please see below.
If you have a class pass, please notify the instructor if you cannot make a class by 3pm on the day of the class, and they will be able to offer you credit for the missed class in the amount you purchased the class pass for. E.g. If you purchased a 4 class pass for £40, then each class is worth £10, which means you’ll receive a £10 credit to use next time.
If you have a single class ticket, please notify the instructor if you cannot make a class by 3pm on the day of the class and they will be able to move you to another class, if space is available. Notifications made after 3pm unfortunately mean you will lose that class for the day, and it can no longer be moved. You may be entitled to receive class credit to be used for another class, however this decision will be at the discretion of your instructor.
If you know you’re going to miss a class, you must try to notify the instructor before the class is due to take place to receive a class credit. If you notify the instructor after the class has taken place, it will be at the discretion of the instructor if they offer you any class credits.
Once your class has been rescheduled, it cannot be moved. If you miss your reschedule class or are not longer able to make the class, it cannot be reschedule again, and you will lose that class.
Online classes are recorded and recordings are sent after class. Please allow up to 48hrs to receive the recording. If you miss a class, please catch up with the recording. If you haven’t received the recording please email nana@thisblackwomancan.com
Refunds
Refunds will only be given if you cancel your class up to 48hrs before class, after that your booking can be moved, or you can receive credit but no refunds will be given.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
If you have booked a class pass, refunds cannot be given after you’ve taken your first class. However, you may still be entitled to get class credits with remaining classes ,as part of your class pass.

Missed classes
If you know you are going to miss a class, you must notify the instructor before the class has taken place to receive a class credit or have the class moved. If your class is eligible for moving then it will be moved to the next available class.
Class credit - if the class is at 6:45pm on Monday, you will have until 3 pm the same day to notify the instructor. For example, If you paid £10 for the class, you will receive a code to use which will discount your next booking by £10.
If you miss a class, and notify the instructor after the class has taken place, it will be at their discretion if they wish to give your a class credit. E.g. if the class is at 6:45pm on Monday, and you have until 11:59pm the same day to notify the instructor.
If you notify the instructor after the class has taken place (e.g. 1 or 2 days later), it will be at the discretion of the instructor to issue class credits or you may receive a discount off your next booking. You will however not receive a class credit for that missed class or be able to move that class.
If you have had a class rescheduled/moved, and you then miss that class, you will lose that class, and will need to book a new class.
Liability waiver
By purchasing tickets and participating in said activities in classes, you are voluntarily agreeing to participate and you thereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury, physical harm.
You acknowledge and represent that you are physically sound and you do not suffer from any illness, impairment, disease or other condition that would prevent you from participating in the class and performing any exercises.
Filming does take place in the class, but you do not have to be filmed if this make you uncomfortable. Your instructor will let you know when filming can take place, so you can feel comfortable being in class.
Birthday Class Offer
This offer entitles you to receive a free class during the month of your birthday to be redeemed online or in person at regular Monday class, Wednesday, Croydon or online class.
You cannot use this offer for workshops or classes where JiggleFiTT is collaborating with another brand.
If there are no classes available during your birthday month, then you can carry over your free class to the following month.
If you’d like the free class to be used as part of your purchase of a class pass, you will receive a discount code to use, which will remove the cost of 1 class off a total cost of the class pass.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer that month, and cannot be transferred to another person without speaking to your instructor.
You must meet ONE of the following conditions
you have attended at least 2 in-person classes per month within last 6 months for at least a minimum of 3 months in a row. e.g. if you started classes in Jan then you would have attended at least 2 classes in Jan, Feb and March to qualify for a free birthday class from April onwards.
you have purchased or taken at least 5 online classes within the last 6 months (live or recording)
you have purchased at least 1 on-demand course within the last 6 months
you have done at least 2 online or in-person private classes within the last 6 months. If you do not live in the UK, then
Hidden Tickets for regular attenders
If you have been attending classes regularly for at least 6 months (online or in person). You must have attended at least 3 in-person classes per month or purchased at least 4 online classes within the last 6 months. You have access to hidden class pass tickets. These tickets will be priced at the early bird price, and cannot be discounted further. Simply get in touch with your instructor to get the code to access your ticket. Please note only a certain number of tickets are reserved for this offer, so be sure to get your ticket early!
15% off ticket prices for classes
Access a discount code for 15% off ticket prices. You are eligible if you have been attending classes regularly for at least 6 months (online or in person). You must have attended at least 3 in-person classes per month consistently for 6 months, or purchased at least 6 online classes within the last 6 months. Simply get in touch with your instructor to get the discount code. Email Nana@thisblackwomancan.com
Discount Codes/Gift Cards
If you have access to a discount code you may use this on Eventbrite to book a class. You may not combine discount codes. If you have a class credit, this cannot be used with another discount code. If you have purchased a gift card please email nana@thisblackwoman.com to redeem.
Taster Week
This is a week when classes are discounted. During this week there are no bestie passes as all the ticket prices are reduced. VIPs are still able to use their codes for 15% discount. This class can also count towards the free birthday month class. JIGGLE!) discount will not be applicable for any taster classes.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. If you miss the class, it will not be credited to another day.
