Not specifically, as this course goes through each move in one lesson. So there’s lots of time to learn it. However, if you’re completely new to twerking and want something slower paced then you might want to try ‘Basics to Bumpa’ before this course.

You don't need much space to twerk. It's helpful to have a wall or chair nearby for practicing some techniques. There’s also some floor work and stretches so it’s useful to have a yoga mat.

Anything you feel comfortable and confident in, but I recommend a loose material shorts or leggings. You want to be able to feel your bum jiggle. The more you practice the technique, the easier it will become to get the jiggle.

This really depends on you. How much you practice and how quick of a learner you are. One thing I will say is that if this is completely new for you, take your time. Twerking is a workout, as much as it is a dance. You’ll build up your strength, flexibility and stamina as you progress. Progression over perfection is the goal here.

There are no long choreos in this course. The focus of the course is to learn the moves, variations and combos. Feel free to do the lessons as many times as you need to before moving onto the next lesson.
