  • Love you! Love what you do! I have always struggled to come to class as it’s Sunday evening and it was the last thing that I wanted to do.. BUT as soon as the zoom was one.. omg! My attitude completely changed and I felt sooo good! Happy!! And ready for a new week!

  • I’ve been twerking with Nana for almost a year now and it’s been the best dance class experience I’ve ever had! Nana creates such a lovely, non-judgmental space where everyone can just enjoy how their body moves. Twerking has helped me so much with my confidence and it’s just so much fun to shake your booty and swing your hips (even though it’s much more than that). I’ve learned a lot and enjoy the progress I’ve made and Nana is helping me to see that! She brings so much energy, love and joy to the room and it’s a wholesome experience I wouldn’t want to miss. X

  • I started twerking with Nana back in 2021 when I joined a free Nike class. I didn’t know what to expect and was really nervous but as soon as Nana entered the room, all my anxieties melted away. She is joyous, detailed and caring, making sure that we master our twerk technique and feel confident within the moves.
